Placement 2012 Overview

Placement season for the batch of 2012 ended with an average package of INR 11.83 lakhs per annum, considerably higher than the corresponding figure of INR 10.17 lakhs per annum the previous year.

 Some of the highlights were:

Variety in Sector wise Placements and Profiles offered shows the diverse fields in which students of PGDIE have shown interest and have excelled. SCM and Operations remains the core strength of PGDIE offered by the FMCG and Manufacturing Sector. Large numbers of students were also profiles in IT and consulting showing the presence of PGDIE in these sectors as well. Apart from these students also opted for profiles like Sales and Marketing, Banking and Finance, HR etc.  The overview is seen in the charts below:
