Working in teams is integral to organizational success. It is the art of creating collaboration to achieve organizational goals successfully. After all, an organization is a team of teams. The members of the team must work together to foster a climate that enhances productivity and profitability. The rise of individualistic human values and competition are dominating and are detrimental to successful business organizations.
